All I wanted was a quote. I received the quote, it was not what I expected and moved on. Done right? No, I get marketing calls on my office line at least 2 times a day. When I answer they hang up. Sometimes they leave voicemails of people talking in the background. One guy was nice enough to cuss on my voicemail. I called the number back and it says to press 2 to stop receiving calls. Did that, still have calls. Called again and spoke to a operator, her friendly voice turned into a monotone robot when I explained why I was calling. She said, "thank you for notifying us, you will be removed from our call list, good-bye." Click. Nice. So needless to say even if I changed my mind and decided the warranty was worth it. I would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. Oh......and I still get calls!! ***Update.....just received another call on my office line. I will email now, should the calls continue, so will my updates.

Protect My Car was the first company that popped up and I appreciated the stuff that they were doing and the good rates so I went with it. The only thing I had an issue with was the dealership where I did my claim doesn’t provide any rental car services. I was stuck there until I had to call in for a ride, and that alone cost me $100. The beginning was kind of rough because for the first 30 minutes, I was the middle man between the service adviser and making phone calls, explaining what the situation was. So I was stressed out already because of the fact that my issue was going on. The process worked out just fine. At the end with the final bill and everything, it was great and I had no issues. I still have to send in my reimbursement to the car rental. I would definitely refer Protect My Car to someone else. In fact, I’ve talked to my mom, my sister and my boyfriend about it, and we’ll see when we can get the ball rolling.

Protect My Car is one of the top 10 warranty companies. It has a lot of good reviews and a good Better Business Bureau rating. And they fit my budget, as well. We only had to do one claim and it was our starter. And it was really fast and it helped us out a lot. We saved over $300. Filing the claim was also easy because the car dealership filed it and then did their business. I didn’t have to file and have to be reimbursed which is something I didn’t want to have to do, so that worked out in my favor. Everything was done and we just had to pay $100 and walk out with our car. I like Protect My Car, they have done a great job so far.

I’ve had a great experience with ProtectMyCar and they always paid out. My recent claim was for the heater core. It was pricey but I only had to pay $100 thanks to ProtectMyCar. I filed the claim over the phone Protect My Car paid it over the phone. They give you four oil changes a year and I pay an extra $6 a month for that. You can also pay a little extra to get the maintenance. Making payments for the warranty is very easy. The thing I like about them too was they only charged me $25 down to get it started. They have treated me fair and are very reasonable.

So far they have used five (5) different numbers to try to solicit my money (money, not business), which tells me they are determined to get more suckers. They offer to place your number on their Do Not Call list (I called from a cell with ID turned off), but I seriously doubt that that offer is any more honest than they are. I have the five numbers blocked now but check my call logs and when their robo dialer encounters a block it calls again and again, 3 to 5 times so far. As I said, *determined* to extract money from the "customer."

Protect my Car has been a life saver for me and my family. Our car broke down on the side of the road unexpectedly and we were stranded. I got out my ID card for my extended warranty and called the number. We had the roadside assistance and towing included. They were quick to answer and send someone our way to get us off the side of the road and home safe. They paid for us a rental car until ours was fixed also. The only fee we had to pay was the $100 deductible. Thank goodness for protect my car.

There was a piece that started wobbling on my car so I filed a claim to Protect My Car and it was easy. I called them and gave them the information needed. They contacted the company and the company let them know what it cost. Then, they contacted me back and we got it done. I had to rent a car and it was covered under the warranty but I had to pay out of pocket first, then they paid me back. I have been highly satisfied with this company and I recommend them to anyone.

After I bought my car I recieved a flyer from Protect My Car in the mail for an extended warranty on my vehicle. The warranty proved to be well worth it and has already paid for itself. I made a claim over the phone and the initial estimate was $2000 but then was brought down to $1600 because protect my car was able to negotiate the lower price. My portion was only half of the repair cost and I was even reimbursed for the rental car I had for three days.

When I spoke to the salesperson here at protect my car they were very knowledgeable and had a great sales pitch. I felt they would better benefit me than anyone else I heard about. I did lots of research and that was one of the main reasons I went with them. I had to rent a car on one occasion and I submitted the paperwork for it and they reimbursed me with a check. I have already given their number to a few of my associates at work.

I had to file a claim for my AC to be repaired. It was the heat of the summer in July and I still needed AC for the next few months. I was thankful to have the warranty that covered my bill all except for $100 deductible, otherwise I would had been out of AC for the rest of the summer. Coming up with a large amount of money up front is much more difficult than spreading it out over months or just having to spend a small deductible.

ProtectMyCar is an amazing company that definitely benefits its consumers. I read some of the reviews and their reviews seemed good, so I went with them. I submitted multiple claims with them and did it on the phone, that process goes very well. I just give my claim number to whoever is doing the work and the repair shop takes care of the rest for me. I like how the cost of the coverage is low and they have taken good care of me.

I’d recommend ProtectMyCar to anybody and I have. They are affordable and honest. The affordability is great but being able to have a credible and efficient company and who I can trust to take care of me is very important. When I didn’t understand something, I called them to make sure of what I needed to do to file a claim and they walked me right through it without any problem. ProtectMyCar stood by what it said it would do.

I only did a claim once with Protect My Car. It was fine and everything went through. I went to the dealership and they submitted the claim themselves. As for the payment of purchasing my extended auto warranty, it comes out automatically. I paid them after I got the first quote they gave me so it was affordable. They have been friendly and very professional. They have taken care of all my needs and are very reasonable.

I had to submit a claim and the process was fairly easy. I called ProtectMyCar to give them the service shop information. Protect My Car dealt with the shop directly. The only issue was with the dealership we had to deal with. They did sort of a poor job. But ProtectMyCar is good i have had the protection plan for about a month now and have made one claim and had an oil change. So far I feel the plan is worth keeping.

Signed up with these guys in June of 2016, and recently my Suburban broke down leaving me stranded on the highway. I called the number on my member card, and within 30 minutes a tow truck was there to rescue me. I picked up a rental at the dealership, returned it 3 days later and paid my $100 deductible and was back on the road. This policy just saved me $1326 in repairs plus another $90 just in the rental car cost.

The representatives at ProtectMyCar have been amazing. The warranty is also very reasonably priced. I had one claim when something was wrong with the regulator and the motor, and the motor was getting slow. I took the car to the dealership, they did the claim, and I had no problem with it. There was no stress or hassle thanks to protect my car. I like this company a lot, they have been nothing but good to me.

Their was some confusion about the payment being made directly to the dealership with my repair. I submitted the claim over the phone and the rep had a very nice attitude. I spoke with the supervisor and he was very professional and made sure the matter was taken care of. Ive used their maintenance perks and I get a couple of free oil changes and I like having help with my repairs because repairs are expensive.

It’s been a good experience with Protect My Car, so far. They approached me and they have better coverage. For the past three years, I had only one claim with them and it went well. I do auto payments and they’re going smooth. I maintain my payments very good on the credit card. I’ve used their roadside assistance about three times now. Once when the battery was down and when I needed help for flat tires.

I went with ProtectMyCar mainly because of the reviews and their price was good. My first claim was for a radiator fan control unit which failed and was covered completely. The experience went really well. I gave my ID card details to the repair shop and they took care of it. I paid the deductible and everything which was on paper went great. I was very satisfied with that service and the coverage.
