I had a terrible experience with this specific State farm Agency. Long story short I was set up with a 11,300 dollar home deductible not ever being advised that this may not be exactly what I wanted. The paperwork I was shown looked as if my deductible was 1,100 dollars but that was the discount that I was being given. I showed the print off that I signed off on to 45 different co workers and only two of them understood the deductible was 11,300 and only because they dealt with the same issue previously. Beware of low prices because there are tactics to get you to switch to them such as this. I was punted to the upper departments for several weeks until I left to another insurance company. Luckily I was not in the need to use the insurance or else it could have destroyed my savings. I was with AAA for 16 years and learned my lesson that switching to the big insurance companies are not all that. Before switching to this branch of State Farm I suggest you double check yourself.

We had our auto and home coverage with Jay when we first lived in Conway from 1993 till 2006, and he and his agency personnel were always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. After I retired, we decided to move back to Conway to be closer to our kids and grand-kids. We naturally decided to reconnect with Jay for our insurance needs. We had a very scary accident very early in our 700+ mile moving trip from Indiana in 2012. Jay supported us through the entire ordeal - way above and beyond our expectations.
