Betsy Dipso and her office at State Farm Insurance located on 19190 Stone Oak Parkway #112 here in San Antonio provide not only excellent knowledge whether its regarding your home, auto or universal life insurance policy but also take a personal interest in you as a person and not just as a customer. When I first selected their office due to its location, little did I expect the office to be so friendly and easy going in assisting me changing my State Farm agent/location. On a later visit I stopped by their office to discuss changes in my home owners policy when they noticed that I was recovering from an injury. Several days later I received a get-well card from them. I dont know many other businesses that take the time to show this small bit of gratitude and concern for me. I highly recommend Betsy Dippo and her State Farm office if you want someone who has excellent knowledge about home,auto and life insurance with friendly caring staff who care about you as a person and not just a customer.
