Lee has been my family’s agent for almost 30 years. For me, Sandra, Lee’s office manager, is the “face of State Farm”. I pester Sandra with questions about, or changes to, my policies several times each year. She is unfailingly friendly and always answers my questions patiently and knowledgeably. A quick story. A couple of years ago, the company that I work for negotiated with a State Farm competitor to offer employee’s auto and home owner’s insurance with group discounts. I called this other company, described the coverages that I had with State Farm, and was provided a quote that appeared to save me a significant amount of money while providing comparable coverage for all of my policies. I then made one of my better decisions and called Sandra to let her know that I was contemplating switching to another insurance company, and why. Sandra spent 30 minutes with me, asking questions about the coverages I was being offered and the quotes that I had received, then said she would call me back. An hour later, we were back on the phone. Sandra calmly explained that, yes, I could save some money by switching, but, after 6 months, my savings would be much less than advertised. She also walked me through a few subtle, but significant, ways in which my State Farm coverage was superior. As Sandra and I talked, I began to realize that I really never wanted to leave State Farm. I just needed to be reminded why I’ve stayed with State Farm, and more significantly Lee and Sandra, all these years. Great people who provide great insurance and service for my family.

I started with State Farm in 1974 and never left them. Have my cars and home with them. Their office agent is Lee Cramer and the office manager is Sandra. Both great people. When ever I go there or call with questions, they always help with their answers. They work with us on lowering the cost. The few claims we had during the years, Sandra was there to help us out with the process and make our life simple and easy. They always process the claims on time and satisfactory When I challenge her on rate and the ads I get that suggested others will charge less, she will pull the rates out and show me by line item what the delta is and ask me what I would like to do? couple of times I change my options to lower cost. I feel with Sandra there I can just make a phone call and any concern I have will be addressed. they even went to bat for me with a claim that was caused by another insurance company.

I love State Farm so much! Sandra really listened to me as I relocated back to Austin after a transition from a divorce. This office is prompt, professional, and courteous on all levels. I really value State Farm and truly love this office, thanks to Sandra!!! Please give them a call. You will be glad you did. Even if you get their voice mail when you call, they will return your call as soon as they can. They will properly assess and address all insurance needs without overdoing it, which is crucial during times like these. I really value and appreciate State Farm and never could say enough good about this location and office. They made my life so much easier while transferring my policy from out of state. Lee Cramer is a very good agent. State Farm is a good Insurance Co. Lee & Sandra & Rocio are good to everyone. I had a wreck in Oklahoma on the interstate. We called Lee and he told us where to have it towed to. The police took us to a car rental agency. We again called Lee and got a rental & went on our way. We never got that car back.

When I moved, Lee Cramer helped with the renters insurance and of course my automobile insurance got changed at the same time. This was good since my automobile insurer did not offer renters insurance. It helps they are located within 2 miles of my house. Very easy to get to and extremely helpful.
