My agent retired and my account was transferred to Paul Kagan’s Office in June 2017. My account is still screwed up! I purchased a new car needed that added to my account and my old car I gave to my Mom so all they needed to do is transfer it to her own account. It is October and they still can get it right. They won’t return my phone calls or emails and their follow up is awful. Save yourself the headache and find another office. That is what I am going to do. The only reason I rated it one star is because there is nothing lower.
