We have been so fortunate to have found an insurance agent who truly looks out for her customers. When we switched to State Farm from a well known competitor, we were thrilled with her level of expertise, organization, thoroughness, and professionalism. She truly looks our for her customers. When a tornado came through our area, she called us immediately to make sure we were ok and to see if there was anything that we might need. Anytime I have called with questions she has followed up immediately with answers. Recently we refinanced our vehicle through Amy. Since that time, she periodically contacts us to let us know rates had dropped even further. Each time we have been able to save money and time, as she brings the paperwork to us to avoid any inconvenience on our part. In our opinion, we feel extremely fortunate to be insured with an agent that truly takes care of us, and looks out for our best interests! Thank you Amy!

We have worked with Amy for over 9 years. My husband and I started with our personal home and vehicle insurance and everyone at Amy Waldrop State Farm made the transition very simple. We then started using Amy Waldrop State Farm for our business which intails multiple policies, some of which start and stop in a short amount of time. For many companies this is very complicated and many agents have not wanted to take the time to understand our business needs. Amy and her staff took it on without hesitation and work closely with us to make sure our needs are met. When I call into the office or stop by in person the entire staff is always very friendly and welcoming.
