My office, Raleigh Dental Arts has been insured with Marc Ingram State Farm for about 4 years now and they have helped us through some difficult times. Marc has personally come to my office to evaluate claims, set down with me and my staff to discuss how our policy works. Shortly after insuring my business, I felt it was necessary for me to have his office insure my personal property as well. We had a leak upstairs shortly after we purchased our new home. We called Marc on his personal cell phone and he came to our home within 20 minutes. He walked us through what was going to happen and how our policy benefits apply. Once we saw his dedication to service my wife, Dr. Mona Gupta saw it fit to insure her practice, Gupta Psychiatry with Marc’s office as well. Marc and his staff has made the complications of insurance hassle free for us both. We never have to worry about our insurance needs being met. My wife and I would recommend giving Marc Ingram State Farm a call if you are looking for a knowledgeable professional that has your best interests in mind.

My mother and I have both had policies with Marc. It has been the worst experience EVER. The price of my policy changed month by month with no real explanation as to why. I would call the office and get no response from Marc or any of his staff. When I decided to change companies I attempted to contact the office 5 times leaving two voice messages and never received a return call, they automatically drafted the money out of my account without my authorization causing it to go into the negative. I spoke to Marc regarding this issue he informed me that he had issued a refund and that it should be in my account by close of business. When the money was not returned I contacted the office again and was told it would be another 2 business days before I would get my refund. The man that I spoke with in the office was incredibly rude. The entire time I had my policy through this agency it was nothing but a hassel, I will never recommend this office to anyone.
