Took out a tire and rim protection plan when we purchase our Ford F-150. Blew out 2 tires in a deep pothole. Brought truck to dealership to have tires replaced. Purchased new tires. Tires saved by dealership to show to inspector. Claim DENIED because the ruined tires were not on the vehicle when the inspector showed up. Would NEVER purchase another thing from this company. Called their company AND their appeals department and this was DENIED again at record speed. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bad experience. Filed claim. Faxed paperwork. Check over a month later, and they claimed they never got it. So I emailed it. Gave them over a month. Then called, and nobody in any department could help. Called at 1pm (central) during a weekday and continued to get to a voicemail dead-end: getting the message, "you have reached us afterhours." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY.

AS OTHERS HAVE SAID.....DO NO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! I bought tire and wheel protection. My claim was denied stating it was cosmetic. The rep could not actually tell me what this policy did cover. I am sure it is because the deny all claims and cover nothing. AutoNation as well as other dealers should be ashamed to sell such a product!

I it is like a fraud, you buy insurance and they do all they can nt to pay up, they give you unnecessary hard time on documents making you send the same thing over and over, rejecting State Documents as if the State make fake documents, they are ridiculous an accident from last year and still can not be resolved, it is outrageous

Do NOT Waste your money! Save the money and just pay for it yourself, because you will have to pay for it anyway! Their "Adjuster" looked a pictures, did not have tread test gauge. Purely subjective! I hope people read all these other reviews before wasting their hard earned money on a worthless warranty.
