I feel the concept is a great idea for people to be offered to have their car repaired by AAA. However, my experience was HORRIFIC. We had an appointment slot around 12:30. We had to keep calling back because no would call us with the status of our car repair all the way up to 4pm. Finally the manager, Henrique, got involved all to no avail, although he did try. We called back on Monday, to find out Henrique was on vacation. To make a very LONG story short. No one could tell us what was going on with our car so we had to have it towed once again on Wednesday, which was charged against our number of tows for the year to another repair shop. It took that long for them to tell us what they THOUGHT not KNOW what was wrong with our car. Therefore, we had someone else repair which I might add he did in one day.

My wife purchased fresh fish from a local market. She stopped for gas before heading back home. The car failed to start after refueling. AAA sent Mike from East Coast Towing. Mike towed the vehicle to Evan and Shane at 1480 N. New Hope Rd. Mike suggested to Evan that the starter was likely malfunctioning. Evan jumped into action and with diagnostic info from Shane confirmed a new starter was needed. The starter was ordered, replaced, and my wife was back home before the fish got cold! I just found my new auto repair shop. Kudos to Mike, Evan, and Shane. P.S. My wife told Evan she could not be late picking up the kids from school. Great service and kid-friendly too :) P.P.S. Actually, they offered to stick the fish in the fridge, but the service was really fast. ;)

Would not ever go there !! The manger and the young girl act like they have something going and all the other people are doing everything they could to keep the store going ! They told me that I needed breaks and I just had them changed two months ago . All I went in for is an oil change !! Never ever go there. They will scam you for all the money you have !!

Went to this triple A for an oil change which ended up taking two hours. Once my car was off the lift, a man at the front desk told me my tires were in terrible shape and that I was in "immediate danger" and that they needed to be replaced this week. I went to another triple A for a second opinion. Turns out my tires are perfectly fine.

I had a wonderful experience at the New Hope AAA. Enrique, the manager, or one of the managers, was especially helpful to me. They looked at my car quicker than expected and Enrique was very generous with his time. I would definitely recommend going to this location for car care services.

very friendly and courteous. did not get the 5 stars is that they did not have any oil for my car (uses full synthetic) and took about 30 minutes to get it from the warehouse. (but as a bonus they did give me a $20 discount). I will return to this facility.
