I have been an insurance customer of Greg Fay’s for a little under a year, and I have to say, I have never been more impressed with an insurance agent. Greg is available when I need him, he is quick to answer any and all questions I may have, and he is also very friendly. He worked very hard to get me all the discounts that were possible, thus giving me the best rate I could find for auto insurance. I also purchased renter’s insurance from Greg, and I was extremely happy at the low rate he got me on that as well. If you’re tired of talking to machines when you call your insurance company, fear not, because when you call Greg you will talk to Greg, not a machine. In the last year I have found that nothing compares to having a personal insurance agent, and no company compares to the level of service provided by Farmers Insurance. I strongly recommend you give Farmers a chance, with agents like Greg Fay, you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Greg Fay for your insurance needs. He really takes the time to listen to you and be there for you, not just in the insurance business, but in other aspects of your life as well. It is a very “no pressure” atmosphere as Greg describes the costs/benefits of a variety of options and lets you ponder a solution that would be right for you. He’s very engaging, very responsive, and truly cares about his community. I’ve already had to make two claims and each time Greg was very responsive and the situation was resolved quickly and seamlessly. Other than the fact that he is a Michigan fan and rarely rolls to the basket after setting screens for me in pick-up basketball, I can’t think of a reason why Greg Fay would not be a person that you should get to know.

Saving money is nice, but I am more happy with better coverage and actually being explained my options. I was pretty unhappy with my former insurance company when I was told by the body shop that they would only pay for used or non-OEM parts. Greg explained that I could have had a rider on my policy (with another agent) that would have covered OEM parts. Since my former agent knew I was more concerned with premium coverage than lowest premium I was pretty disappointed. Bottom line - insurance for two houses and four cars I saved about $2000 a year. With higher coverage limits and a highly rated carrier. So the lesson learned is to buy insurance based on the coverage, not just on premium. And find an agent that understands their products.

What an amazing experience we have had! Greg Fay (and his wife Stacey) go above and beyond to not only try and save you the most money they can, but to get you the best coverage possible.
