Some of the worst treatment I could expect from a place. I have been dealing with an infected wisdom tooth which was approved for removal months ago but for some reason having bleeding gums, extreme pain, swollen throat that feels like it is closing. Overall just extremely upsetting and confusing that you can tell a patient to continue their day to day activities under such conditions. Will be very very happy when my new medical/dental comes in from my work so i can finally get some reasonable service.

As a small business owner, I love that Delta Dental have a variety of individual plans that I can choose from that are affordable, valuable and effective. My enrollment was quick and easy and customer service was great; helping me with all the details. Also, I opted for automated payment to make it hassle-free. I go to the dentist regularly and coverage and billing have been clear and seamless. Thank you!

The reps here are not helpful, very rude, and always make mistakes when giving information over the phone. This is very frustrating as a provider or consumer. They always have excuses as to why they gave wrong information or processed something incorrectly. Horrible customer service. If I had customer service like these reps do I would not have a job.

Completely useless dental plan, full of loopholes for them to avoid reimburse the patients. They have different types of complicated PPO arrangements with doctors, which patients are not informed about, and then they use all sorts of excuses to deny reimbursements for claims. Do not fall for this racket.

I just tried to find information about individual dental insurance and wanted to talk to a real person. I called and was connected to an impatient and rude customer service representative. If this is the way this company treats customers I will look for insurance coverage elsewhere.
