My wife and I came to Kyle’s office three years ago after feeling disconnected and misunderstood by our previous insurer, who seemed more interested in selling us product than helping us. Kyle, Tim, Nam, and Luke have been great to us ever since. During our transition to State Farm, Kyle was amazingly accessible, taking the time to explain the policies and investments we currently had and why they worked and didn’t work. He showed us what he would do with those policies and investments and clearly explained why. There was no pressure or salesmanship of any kind; his knowledge of the products we currently had and what he could offer, and his understanding of our current situation and our goals made our choices easier. He is someone my wife and I trust to take care of us and our interests, over his own. His team has also been extremely helpful, often on a moments notice. It’s nice to be able to call an office and speak to someone who remembers you and your situation. Tim has emailed insurance cards to me as I stood in line at MDOT, helped sort out mortgage questions, and is always aware of potential discounts for which we may qualify. After a fender bender, where the other party disputed his obligation to pay for the damage, I made one phone call to Nam, who called the other party’s insurer and sorted the dispute out, sparing me any hassle or concern. My wife and I currently take advantage of several products that Kyle’s office provides from life insurance to retirement plans, and those products we honestly believe are worth every cent, but what make’s this office unique is the people that work there and the care and service they provide. My recommendation isn’t that you do all that we have done with Kyle’s office, but that you simply make an appointment to speak with Kyle, Tim, Nam, or Luke. You will find an insurer who simply wants to help you and your family in the best way possible for you and your situation.
