I had a lot of questions about the property I was buying when it came to deed restrictions and building restrictions and they were able to answer them quickly and put my concerns at ease. They were also very happy to help with questions I had after I closed on my property and said they are very happy to help with anything else that comes up in the future. I would highly recommend them as they are very personal and professional!

Had a terrible experience, very unprofessional and unreasonable, obviously did not want to work with us. I would not recommend this company ever. They are not helpful but very condescending. Finally left and found another title company that would actually do what they said they would. It was weeks of frustration and stress! Will never attempt to use them again or refer them to anyone.
