Your law firm has been nothing but unhelpful. In fact your firm has been very unhelpful and poor in service and extremely slow in response to my couple of questions and in handling my case overall. It has taken one year for your firm to file a diminished vehicle claim value of my car of which I was not informed about until the end of September 2017 and of which I was told will be settled by October 31st. 2017. The accident happened on November 12, 2016. A couple of the staff have been extremely short and rude from the first day with me on the phone and slow in email responses and has even threatened me to go to another attorney when all I have been looking for are answers to the questions I have. Its a shame that your firm advertises heavily in "for the people" and in helping the people with cases such as mine, but your actions reflect the opposite. I will be sure to write a very big review about how Morgan and Morgan Attorneys and staff handle their clients.

Sharing your personal medical experiences with folks you know is fine but to open up to a law team, well , I was a bit hesitant....but after some initial questions, I could feel that my assistant was genuinely into our conversation...A good listener with patient qualities. He ask questions that were to the point and the comments seemed well received. ( he had some prior knowledge about our case).
