We have enjoyed car service at the AAA car care center in Williamsburg VA for years but since we have moved to Fredericksburg, we were not at all pleased with this branch...Took over 2 hours for an oil change with service bay practically empty. We are used to 30 min or less at prior AAA.....

Very good experience overall. Tire pressure light was on and needed tire repair due to a nail. The associate did not push for new tire sale. Happy with the waiting area, clean and free WiFi. Employees all friendly and courteous. I will be back again.

Great employees the automotive department best prices in town very clean easy access and they will come pick you up at your house and drop you off if you cannot wait for your car to be serviced very highly recommended
