This is my personal experience ......I had a policy with Protective for 5 years. I have never reviewed any company negatively!!!BEWARE.Dishonest!!!!!!!I will not recommend this company to anyone, ever. I canceled due to the lack of customer service on their end, and with a purchase of a new car, a good time to change (CANEL). I called them to cancel, I made Numerous (10) phone calls to cancel, got hung up on 3 times, mailed out paperwork at their request, 2 automatic payments later (2months later). Still not canceled . Requesting more paperwork and if I did not provide my current insurance info, they would and I quote ," I will not cancel this policy, and it will come up as non-payment, then all your payments will be due!!" If they respond to this , not sure it would reflex any the truth. If they do refund me ever, it could take 7-10days!!!!Good Luck Canceling their policy not yours!!!
