Sarah Bendorf

Pollyanna made the closing date on my house get delayed because she refused to answer her phone, return calls, or answer emails. They quoted me originally at a good price, but then when I decided to use their service they told me it was actually going to be about triple what they quoted be because of claims on my renters insurance history. We decided to put the policy in my mothers name to bring the cost back down, and again, the price kept getting higher and higher than their original quote. Also, due to an error on their part in my paperwork, my flood insurance did not get paid in closing, and I ended up having to pony up the cash for that weeks later, when I thought it had alredy been paid so I spent that money on repairs to the house. AND NOW, weeks after closing, I am getting letters from St Johns insuarnce company saying that my homeowners insurance was not paid and the policy will be canceled. THIS IS THE BIGGEST MESS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE. I am afraid that if I ever have to make a claim on my homeowners insurance I will be faced with a scary mess all over again. My suggestion, suck it up and pay more for a better insurance company.
