Their new system does not work on any devices or computers. Went to the facility and none of their 5 ATMs function. I made 5 phone calls and two emails. They do not answer emails, so give it up. Absolutely useless. I wish that I had never done any business with them whatsoever.

Slow location in general and the new video teller machines slow down the service even more. Same slow service on the inside as well.
