I was recommended to this bank by many of my good friends, so naturally I decided to switch. I went to this branch for the first time to pick up my debit card. The customer service was great, despite the fact that it was busy. It took an hour to print my card and after minutes of leaving this bank, my card ALREADY had been compromised. My guess is that my card printed twice (he had to go back and reprint) and the first copy was accidentally given to someone else. They were able to resolve the issue over the phone, but needless to say, I am still dissapointed that this was my first experience with this bank. They need to be more careful in making such careless mistakes!

Very poor communication within the organization. Starting to become more like banks in putting their valued and long lasting LAST. After my recent experience, now looking for another financial institution to move our funds to. Maybe once they learn they will be losing a business that generates 6 figures in credit card transactions for the institution and our cash reserve their management will learn to value their members more. We are in the where customer service is vital and DeltaCU can use a lesson in this area.

I have been with the DCCU for years and have used many locations. This location is clueless.. They have lost my documents, nothing is done in a timely manner. I was just there this week to make a deposit and the teller lost the deposit slip I sent in with the check. I had to complete another slip and send in, then she asked me what account it was to go in...I only have one account. There is way too much going on there, socializing, not paying attention, just clueless.

I can not believe the level of service at this store... I went with a credit union to avoid the problems that you find dealing with some of your larger ones... staff is clueless and rude. I may as well have opened my bank accounts at BofA.
