HORRIBLE!!! The front desk lady is extrmelely rude when you call. Also they are horrible at keeping you updated about your case no matter how many times you call, but they sure do keep track of everything you owe them. They even talk to opposing council, charge you for it and neglect to tell you why or what it was about. I am so sick of this attorney, Ashley Clapper= worst attorney ever!!!! Do not waste your time or money here! If you enjoy being lied to and love having ridiculous mistakes made to your case than told she did nothing wrong even though you have witnesses by all means use her. I will be reporting her to the bar!!! Already called for the paperwork. I have never met someone so rude and that did not seem as though she was on my side at all and that has made my case that should have been open and closed a big mess!!! Ashley Clapper has done so many things wrong it is unbelieveable that she even finished school to become an attorney. She has not been practicing long and it greatly shows. Please be warned do not waste time or money here and if you do DO NOT GET ASHLEY CLAPPER AS YOUR ATTORNEY! I have never left a review good or bad in my life but after all the stress, tears, lies, and waste of money I have wasted on this law firm and attorney I had to. Also one of my friends used them around the same time and they are having problems as well with mistakes this law firm has made. In fact they are about to sue.

I started with another attorney that was absolutely failing at representing me. The attorney would have ended up with my ex wife receiving double the child support and maintaining 90% of the time with our child. After mediation I was on my way to only seeing my son four days out of the month and having no rights. My attorney was just collecting my money and not returning service. I was the father with no time, rights and paying a large sum for child support. I went and talked to Mr James Stapler the next day. As soon as Mr Stapler took over my case I felt confident that I had an attorney that was going to fight for me. First thing he did was cut the mediation charges down as my previous attorney provided no service. Mr Stapler then asked me exactly what I wanted as far as custody. He didnt waste my time and money and was totally up front. He came up with a strategy to combat the mothers claims of PTSD and TBI. Guided me on everything I needed to do to be a fit father in the laws eyes. Mr Stapler came to court and fought for me and in return I received 100% of everything I asked for. Mr Stapler is the man!!

He cares about the people he works with and his case load. I have only known him a few months but I can tell he is knowledgeable about the law. He also won Best Law Firm in Killeen, TX having been voted on by the local daily newspaper readers. That speaks volumes about the trustworthiness of his practice.

The front desk person is always rude just to start. My lawyer shared my information when I pursued confidence in confidentiality. Also was threatened to be dropped with no refund if I went to trial for my case. Likely because I would have beat all of my charges with a public defender. I had to accept the offer because I would have got three grand plus stolen by a thief I called my lawyer. My advice plainly seek better counsel these folks do not work for you they work against you.

Quality of service was not equivalent to cost. Additional fees were added, but the pertinent information came from another firm. I was double charged for the information I received from the other firm. I would not recommend this firm.
