The Carlson Law Firm got me through a tough custody and divorce battle. This was actually the second law firm I went through as the first one was just completely unhelpful. I wish I would have started with Carlson as it would have saved me a lot of money and time. Renee Kuhl was my attorney and my PL was Jamee Nance. I cannot say enough about these ladies. They provided emotional and legal support through the whole process. Communication was so swift and timely that I was never in the dark, left wondering what was going on or unsure of anything with my case; the process, the timeline, or even the aftermath. Renee always kept me up to date with every little detail, provided legal advice anytime that I asked for it (no matter how ridiculous the questions), and never made promises. She was upfront and provided me many options with probable outcomes to assist me in making decisions. She was very aggressive with opposing counsel and extremely proactive with the judge and ensuring that my case was being handled with expediency and care. She had a very tough opposing counsel to deal with- mostly last minute actions, lack of communication, lies, changing of representation, and bullies, but she handled it very professionally, aggressively, and yet with empathy. She is truly a professional and I HIGHLY recommend her and her team to handle Family Court matters.

i spoke to a assitant to a lawyer who had the most mean rude tone I could possibly imagine. she kept repeating herself and assuming the situation. she didnt listen thing i had to say. i kept asking her what her name was about 5 times and she kept avoiding it. finally she hung up on me. i called back to file a complaint and ask what her name was. her name was Sirena assistant to Susan Thomas. i will file a complaint with the law firm. I understand how the situation may have appeared..and if she took the time to listen to me and have some decent customer service she would understand that it was just miscommunication but her rudeness overwhelmed the entire phone call. just because you work for lawyers does not give you the right to act anyway you want towards people. yes i may not have been able to receive services there because of a conflict of interest however, they could have been nice towards me because I will spread the word and make sure that no one that I know goes there. and the funny thing about that is i work up at my battalion and people ask me all the time if i know of any good lawyers. i definately will not recommend this place. DO NOT SEEK SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT RUDENESS!!

I been going through some though financial times after taking in my niece and nephew upon on my on 4 children and wife. Since 2011 times started to get harder and harder with finances. I was seen by another law firm via my military legal advice. That law firm turned out to be more about getting over the client than they where to help the client. I was later pointed in the direction of The Carlson Law firm where I was first contacted by Mrs. Roxanne who put me in contact with Mrs. Sonia Baker. Sonia Baker has went over and out of her way to help support myself and my family in this time of trouble and tribulations. I would like to take the time and publically state how awesome our (wife and me) treatment was from the day one of open the doors. If you need legal help and not sure who can turn to without worrying if the law firm is going to work in your best interest I highly advise you speak with someone in The Carlson Law Firm immediately. I would recommend this firm to anyone who has been injured in a car accident. I was in an accident two years ago, and I went to The Carlson Law Firm because they helped my wife with a case in the past. The legal assistants were helpful and got me the treatment I needed. When the insurance company low balled me (offered less than 10% of my medical bills from the accident), my attorney kept fighting until they agreed to settle my case for 12x the original offer. He kept me updated when the case went into litigation. It took time to resolve everything, but without their help I would have been stuck with all those bills for an accident that wasn’t my fault. Now the bills are gone, and I get to take some money home with me.

I retained Carlson in a personal injury case, my whole experience was a night mare until I fired them and went to another attorney who quickly settled the matter for the maximum insurance would pay. when I confronted the attorney at Carlson I was told they had so many cases they were over whelmed and there was nothing special about my case and sure I could go to another firm but they were going to put a lean against my case for payment of their fees. my new attorney questioned their fees based on the files he received from their office and work they claimed they had done. Mysteriously their request for payment disappeared.

Charged over 10 grand, $10,000 for a custody case that went to court for a total of one hour, never once objected in the court room, never once brought up anything in my favor, never did anything but show up. Not only the above but I had 3 people handle my case, they decided to assign me the pregnant lawyer who went on maternity leave shortly after my case went to court, then whoever was supposed to fill in never did anything until I kept harassing them by calling on the phone, which they charged me for, then they have proceeded to state that they still have not finalized anything and that I owe them another $2,600. Horrible!

My husband and daughter were involved in a rear end vehicle collision. The Carlson Law Firm has done a great job with the insurance company of the at fault driver. The insurance company has been less than cooperative, putting it mildly, but I have not had to deal with them at all. Everything has been taken care of for us by our legal assistant, Monica, and our attorney, Scott Crivelli. They have done a great job for us and I am glad they were able to take our case. I am not sure what we would have done without them. I have and will always recommend the Carlson Law Firm for legal services.

My father recently updated several of his legal documents through Vicki Carlson at The Carlson Law Firm. I highly recommend this firm and Vicki in particular. She is warm and friendly, and she put my father at ease throughout the process. She competently discussed his options with him and made certain he understood every part of each document. The receptionist always greeted him and offered him refreshments. He never had to wait more than a few minutes past his appointment times. The office was clean and tastefully appointed. The staff was dressed professionally.

I have used Carlson Law Firm in the past and would not use anyone else. They are very professional and completely honest - no hidden fees and everything is outlined in a detailed contract. The paralegals are constantly calling the client and updating as information/changes takes place. Always have been satisfied with my results as they work hard for you (the client) and get a win or some type of settlement that is acceptable. I would recommend Carlson Law Firm to anyone who is looking for an attorney that is honest and willing to fight for what is right.

Unreliable staff. Very amatuer when dealing with simple cases. No credible reasons for delays, just more fees. Feels like a scam more than a professional organization. Dont promise timelines when you consistently fail to meet them. It appears that the staff do not practice closed loop communication nor do they pass on information from one person to another. Terrible business practices. Avoid...

This place is ridiculous! I am so upset with the quality of service here. Or lack thereof. I tried persuing a medical malpractice lawsuit here and it was dreadful. I was given a business card and told to contact my attorney in a few days. I never heard from ANYONE. I called over and over and NO ONE EVER RETUNED MY CALLS! I dont recommend anyone EVER go to this place. You will surely regret it.
