State Farm is a great company and my family has been with them for 4 generations but this office has been nothing but a headache for me since I moved to Louisville. I recently purchased a new car and wanted to add it to my policy so I called the office to take care of this over the phone. I was told that the person would take care of it and call me back with a quote. I waited 4 days without hearing anything so I called back to check on it and had to repeat the whole process. I again was told they would take care of it and call me back with a quote. Two more days passed without a phone call. This last time I took time off of work to physically go to the office to add my new car and to add a rental policy for a property in Texas. The girl I dealt with was very nice as I explained my issue with no one calling me back and she apologized. We added the car and she said she would email me my insurance cards so I would have proof of insurance until my physical cards were mailed to me. I have yet to received that email. She also said that she would call the office near my new property, give them my information, and have them call me. I called the office in Texas today because I had not heard from them and they never received my information. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this office not calling me back. I have had 5 total instances where someone has failed to follow up on something in only a year and a half. I DO recommend State Farm as a whole; however, I DO NOT recommend you use this State Farm office. There are better options in Louisville I am sure.

Great overall experience. After shopping nearly every major competitor I found Robin Brown could not only give me the best quote, her office made me feel most confident as well. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I had been an Auto and Renters insurance holder with a competitor for over 3 years. My experience with this office has been extraordinary in comparison.

Robin Brown and her team are terrific. Recently, my wife experienced a car accident that left the car she drove completely wrecked. Robin Brown was so helpful, we never had to worry about a thing and got a rental car in no time. Everything was basically taken care of, we had instructions the whole way, and everything was prompt. No complaints!

We needed to add a new driver to our policy....a 16 year old boy...ugh. Cindy was so helpful and informative. She showed our son a comparison of what we had been paying, and increased it in increments to show him what we would be paying to add him. It made quite an impression! She was able to address all of our questions and concerns.

Jean-Feb 26,2011 Auto and Home Twice we have contacted Robin because of car incidents. She was immediately responsive, made sure we were well taken care of, and even followed up to make sure we were served well by the shops who provided repair. Her service was great.
