When I worked with Jonathon Soave at Platinum Insurance, he was my Team Leader and some of his responsibilities were to lead his team by example by writing insurance policies door to door but also train agents in the field and help with them on writing their goals and how to achieve those goals. He was one of the leading sales producing leaders for Platinum where he was almost the Rookie of the Year by writing the most polices in his first 13 weeeks. Jonathon was always prompt in his attendance, followed the system that Platinum put into place to be successful and Jonathon did a great job in duplicating that system when training his new agents. By the time I retired, Jonathon had built his team to 7 agents and the company had moved him to another state to help build a team there. He was a pleasure to work with.
