I was amazed at the quickness they responded to my problem. I had initially called another plumber and was told it would be five days before he could come out to visit. Thank goodness I contacted Plumb Level, Troy answered and sent someone out within 1 hr of my call. Jake showed up and fixed the problem, which was a underground broken pipe. It took him no time and we were able to turn our pump on again and have water. Jake was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who ask.

Our A/C went out right after we brought our newborn home from the hospital. After calling several companies in town with no luck, Troy and Roger said they could be right out. Not only were they extremely prompt, but incredibly helpful in resolving the issue fast. We can not say enough positive things about the customer service and the quality of work!!!

Estimate to remove a 3pc junk water softener from my garage , the estimate was 200$ for remove and haul away, but the hidden cost that it was only for the 2 out of 3 tanks only! 310$ to removal of the 3rd, they did it right , I would feel better if they had explain about removing some or all of it for that estimate.

I had another plumbing company that was supposed to come out on Monday around 3pm. Never showed and never answered for 2 days. Called Tuesday NIGHT and had a tech out here next morning at 8!!! This is the best! If something happens again I know I will definitely be calling Plumb Level, LLC. thank you so much!!!

I had a leaking pipe. They spent a day trying to find the leak. They did not find the leak. I found the leak. They fixed the leak. They charged me for all the time they spent trying to find the leak. They left a mess behind in my house and in my front yard.

Wonderful experience beginning to end. Dealt with 3 different technicians, the owner, and a lady in the office and everyone was very courteous and professional. Workmanship is great and I will certainly call on them again. Highly recommended.

Arrived quickly, fixed everything properly, but beware, plumbing can very expensive. About $600 plus materials for a few hours work: part of which was in the hot sun and mud.
