They reported me to the credit bureau after paying a bill and after they said they would not. I paid them and they still turned around and reported me--deliberately dropping my credit score. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY LIE. They also never sent me a statement. They never contacted me. They are not to be trusted. They are a very disreputable company.

OMG Who gave this company more than ONE STAR??? Over 2 years ago they sent me ONE bill of $21! They never sent another bill, but have dinged my credit for over two years. They killed my credit for $21! Now, they are IMPOSSIBLE to work with! How are they in business???

Currently trying to fight a bad credit mark for something I JUST paid off that dropped my credit score substantially. I paid off the original company that I owed and the day I paid it off they hit my credit saying that the account is in collections.
