first off this so called collection company is listed as a beauty supply company and my bank put a fraud alert on my acct when they tried to take my money, the mangaer William is a royal @sshole and shouldnt be allowed to practice any sort of buissness. any company in need of a collection company should NOT use Premier, they are not what they claim to be and im sure they dont turn over the money collected to the right ful place... ill be calling the better buisness bureau and making a lengthy complaint on this so called collection company. times are hard and occasionaly we get bills sent to collections, most collection companies are rude but these people wrote the book on rudeness. i would rather know my credit score is horrible because i wont pay premier then ever give then my card information again. Theives, dirty lying theives.

attempted to call several times to inform of a bankrupcy and never can talk to a human being, they dont call back and even though they have been notified they would remove something from a credit report, now it has to be disputed/

The guy that was the "supervisor" hung up on me. I was trying actually make a payment and understand what was going on... asking questions and THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Very rude.
