I have had the worst possible experience with this this collection agency, the rep I recently spoke with was very rude and condescending. I reached out to them because NGI did not notify them as promised after making a final payment and was sent to collections for a $33 bill that was already payed. I faxed the proper documentation showing I paid them but they still did not want to remove it off my credit report. After explaining this to the rude man he started laughing as if this was amusing to him, he stated I was at fault and hung up.

They called me regarding "debt" I owed to a hospital that I went to but was never looked at by a doctor because of the long wait time. I received a call from them recently saying that I had an outstanding balance of $400.00 for my "Procedure". I asked him for an itemized list to be sent to my email which he was not able to come up with. What a bunch of crooks. They should literally be in prison.

I personally dont have any collections but before dealing with these companies have them send u in writing that if u pay the collection it will be removed from report not just listed as paid collection. That why you have proof to hang them.later.if they dont follow.through.
