I am waiting on a response from the business owner. As a local business how do you sleep at night? I would never give this place a star especially when my rights are questioned. I was on an unprofessional call with Jessica. Who was very sarcastic over the phone and unemphatic with the situation. I hope her manager will review the call and message I left. Jessica should be fired! Who are you people to tell me what my rights are ? I have rights! B please! Please be aware of this company and, call your state representatives. It is within my right to request and ask that you never contact me. Phone and communications via mail. And, that is a right you have violated. Consumers beware and, know your FDCPA rights. Companies like this should never question my rights.
