I KNOW I AM GOING TO OUR ATTORNEY ABOUT THIS. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT LET ME SPEAK WHEN THEY CALL. THEY YELL AND CUSS AND REFUSE TO LISTEN OR NOTE THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE EXPLAINED OVER AND OVER THAT THERE IS SOMEONE IN ANDERSON WITH MY SAME NAME AND OUR MEDICAL BILLS HAVE BEEN COMBINED. SOME OF THE DEBT THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT IS NOT MINE! I HAVE FORWARDED COPIES OF FEE AGREEMENTS SIGNED BY THE PERSON WITH MY NAME, BUT IT IS NOT ME AND IT IS SO OBVIOUS. THEY ASK VERY PERSONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CONFIDENTIAL CLIENTS AND HAVE ENCOURAGED ME TO RELEASE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION REGARDING MY CLIENTS AND THEIR PAYMENT HISTORY. I STRONGLY URGE ALL OF YOU TO DOCUMENT AND/OR RECORD EVERY CALL! SHARE THE DOCUMENTATION WITH AN ATTORNEY. CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS. YOU CAN FIND REGISTERED AGENTS INFO FOR MERCHANTS CREDIT BY SEARCHING THE SECRETARY OF STATE. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SEND IT CERT.MAIL --YOUR ATTORNEY WILL BE GLAD YOU DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING. WE SHOULD ALL PAY OUR DEBTS. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOT BE HARASSED, THREATENED AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED.

i had a guy call me from this merchant association. and we had just got done moving to sc. he keeps calling saying i need to pay 854.20 i have no job at all what little money we do get is for our daughter they just dont understand i hav no way i can make payments for this. then he says deals with the consequences and hung up. i called back to ask him what consequences and he hung up again. rude people and very misuderstanding.
