I noticed on my credit report in 2014 from an apartment I moved out of in 2010. I contacted PDQ and spoke with Derek Shaw. I had never received information in regards to the debt. The apartments are no longer owned by the same company or have the same name. I disputed the debt with Transunion and still received no validation of the debt. I contacted Derek on 11/2/2016 and asked if he would send verification of the debt if I was willing to have automatic payments set up. he stated he would not and that the company only sends letters once the debt is paid. I found this very odd being that all creditors are required to send validation if requested. He then proceeded to hang up on me and refused to answer any calls.

I wanted to pay my debt in full with exchange of this company deleting it from my credit report. I contacted the collection department, which denied my request and did not even offer any other agreement to collect money. I noticed the company is family owned by the same last name by most of the employees. I wonder if the original creditors knew that an offer to pay in full was denied if they would would agree.

I was garish last year by this so-called company $2,750 and a year later they needed $2,400 for the same account. I call today and Derrick told me that he have a verbal agreement with me to pay the $2,400. what company will do a verbal agreement with their customers? Please do not trust this company, they are liars and will steal your money. I have all documents and ready to go to court with this company.

PDQ steals! They are unwilling to verify that they are actually authorized to collect on any debt. They just file garnishments and take your money. My experience is a very unprofessional experience.

I just tried to pay my debt and the man hung up on me... The first time I called no one answered. You would think they want my money. Now idk how to pay this to get it off my credit.
