Pinnacle Credit Services LLC And Resurgent Capital Services is the same Company This is a collection Agency very nasty company & people They will Scam u , They will take your money & do nothing , Do your research with BBB on Both company’s same phone number same scam Everybody Just File Lawsuit in small claims court only cost $150 make sure u put both company’s name down in the Lawsuit & this are all the owner name u need to file the lawsuit also Mr. Bryan Faliero, CEO Mr. Ken Hamill, Senior Vice President Mr. Daniel J. This debt collector has to be the worst and the most unethical in the business. They sold a debt that I had paid to other debt collectors, after it was settled. I have a letter stating it is paid in full and is no longer in poor standing. They continue to harass me and will not remove from my credit. Pinnacle will settle your debt but continue to sell your account even after dates of payment. I settled my account in February of 2016. They still continued to sell my account to another agency for collection in April of 2016. What they are doing is illegal.

These people are supposed to be "professional" lmao these were some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and being a person who used to work for a collections agency, I can easily say everyone should be fired! for the way they speak to callers simply trying to figure out the debt. I have been harassed by this company calling my phone, saying nothing, then hanging up so I can call back and they get to steal all my info. You people WILL BE ARRESTED, thankfully I have protection. So good luck stealing my identity

I had a Credit Card sent to me and I never activated it and threw it away and got charged $53 just for it being sent to my home. It got turned in to this place and ruining my Credit. Wth??? Lets see: 457 complaints filed against business Failure to respond to 150 complaints filed against business. 22 complaints filed against business that were not resolved. Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints. Odds are against them.

These people are rude and incredulous.I am trying to pay my debt which I understand I am responsible for. I made a mistake and want to try and make good on that mistake. Yet they sold it to another company that will take my credit card number, but mail me a receipt. How is that realistic, How do i Know that are ever accredited? They say they are here to help me solve this problem, yet there is no viable solution.......

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I called this company today to pay off my account. I get transfered to 3 different people for a 33 minute call just to pay the account off. Then I ask for them to mail out a receipt stating it was pd in full....OH NO. I now have to wait 15 days, spend another 33 minutes of my life to ask for a receipt then. Terrible business. Glad I NEVER have to deal with them again.

Repeated calls regarding 5 blatant FCRA violations. Called FBI attorneys General in 3 states and considering filing fraud charges. Requiring one to give personal information over phone is dangerous and fraudulent. This company must be shut down immediately and i will make that happen. They dont respond to letters and their opening statement when callung violates blatantly section 1425 of the FCRA

Tryed to strong arm me into sending them a check and on the collection paperwork they sent me they also included the fact that this debt is to old to collect, report, or take action on. Just another bottom feeder trying to scam people out of there money

We are about to take these people to court we paid a debt off. We are in the middle of purchasing a home instead of removing the debt they transferred it causing my credit to drop now we are literally about to lose our home because of them. We are taking legal actions.
