i started dealing with these pos years ago. i am a disabled veteran. i had to go to the er in glendive. when i got the bill 2 weeks later and went to pay for it they said they sent it to this company. and the bill went from $130 to over $700. i told them i couldnt pay as i was on va disability and the bych there said not her problem and if i dont pay they will add interest. the few staff members here use multiple numbers so blocking doesnt work. they call at all hours even at night or 5 am. i offered to settle for $200. they wouldnt. 5 years of harasmemt and now i am done with this company. they have no respect to veterans or the laws that govern these companies. i am going to talk to my atourny and consider filling class action and federal charges including extortion, harasment and turn this company into state and federal auditing departments for violations. these are money hungry p.o.s.es looking to extort what they can out of anyone they can. if you get stuck dealing with this company for whatever reason, dont. hire a atourney and fight them. being 5 years into this and only 3 to go till off my credit report.

YES it sucks because they are a collection company. These people are on here mad because they cant afford to pay their own bills and then when a stronger company comes to collect they are "rude" first off you are the ones that started it. if you can afford it then dont do it. This company did everything just fine with working out payments with me and some months I was short and we just recalculated them again. I have had nothing but friendly service because im not fighting them because I know im the one that made the mistake and they are only doing their job because I couldnt pay like I agreed to in the first place. Treat others the way you want to be treated
