This collection company tried to smoke me for $468. I went back and forth three times between them and the hospital number they gave me. I checked all names in my family, all account numbers the collection company gave me, and all birthdates. I have zero balance owed to the hospital. I had them send me zero balance statements for all accounts. One collection rep said the collection was assigned in 2014. Oh, also my insurance pays 100% OF EVERYTHING!!! Nice try collection company. Why are you permitted to be in business?

I’m livid. First of all my bill should have never been sent to collections. When it was they did try to work with me and get it corrected through my insurance company. I just got a voicemail and called back and Robert Jones informed me I only owed $27, great. When I refused to pay over the phone he went off!!! Started yelling at me and being down right belligerent! I called back to speak to a supervisor and he went off again!

This is the absolute worst company ever. First of all, if you set up an automatic payment plan with them, make sure you double check their doing their job. Twice now they have not taken the money out and have now sent me over to the creditors when I was told they would not if I had set up the automatic bill pay. They have no clue what they are doing and are incapable of doing their job correctly.

Well, I was telling the world of the circumstances and Google crashed... I waited 15 minutes or so then rebooted my cell... Could not edit my document and I was not worth the time to chase it any further.... If there is ANY BAD CREDIT POINTS, I will show the world why one of my Nick names is Sue. I spoke with one of the staff ( Rene ) cause I was tryng to make a deal to clear it on my collection but this women ( Rene ) was so disrespectful when I was talking she cut me off and hang off the phone with no further option ,I feel very sad and just for that I will let that bill stay there and clear out after the time completed .

Wife just got a call from these people. We have gotten similar calls in the past. WE manage our bills pretty well ourselves. So we just ignore these calls and they eventually stop. Just an FYI, most bill collectors will send actual paperwork to your address.

I spoke to a rude customer service rep. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was just as rude as she was. This is the worst company ever!!!!!!!
