I have been a client with Hayk since 2013, and it has been an amazing partnership so far. The team has taken excellent care of me, and has helped me out at every opportunity, often going above and beyond the call of duty. One particular incident that I recall is when I had met with an accident involving a rental car, and was looking for advice, he answered the phone even though it was the July 4th weekend! Hayk himself is a very driven person. His passion, work ethics, and his motivated nature are the main reasons the entire team works so well. He puts a lot of effort and time to make sure I understand the details of the various coverage options, has even shared news articles and documents so that I can research more data to make informed decisions, gives his honest views on how we can tweak things to maximize benefits, and that is what to me, a customer, makes the biggest difference!

Recently, it had come to my attention that the loan I had on my car was not as good as the dealership made it out to be upon purchase. Hayk refinanced the loan and was able to save me a bunch of money: he got my monthly payment down by $40 per month and even lowered my interest rate, which will end up saving me thousands of dollars by the time I pay my car off. As someone who is still in the early stages of my career and facing a mountain of student loan debt, the ability to save this much money is huge. Hayk has been our agent since 2011, and we are extremely pleased with his service. He has taken care of our business personally, and while his staff is always great it is wonderful knowing the owner of the business is always on top of things. When we needed reimbursements for extraordinary expenses Hayk negotiated with the insurance company so we would not have any problem and we always got 100% of what was due. It is great to know that if we ever get in serious problems, Hayk will have our backs.

Some years ago i did an internet search for more affordable auto insurance. I didnt realize it at the time, but it was a broker type agency that just sent my email address to over 50 insurance agencies. I know because they all emailed me.
