Worst customer service ever, Kim was extremely rude and never sent customers insurance before she left the office!! I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything...We use insurance companies all day long and this one is by far the worst and the rudest I have ever seen....The office took her money and never sent the documents over!!! Wow unbelievable...we called back and sat on hold forever only to find out they were closed....
