This law firm and their associates represented me in an action against a mortgage company that keep calling and calling, non stop, the more I complaint, the more they called, so I was looking for someone to help me, after 3-4 try with some other firm, I finally submit a question on the Lemberg law web site. they responded so fast. it surprised me. they worked on my case so quick, it was filed in less then 2 weeks, we are on our way to fight, This law firm was excellent and super work, I wish I will never have any problem again, but, If I do, I surely will get Lemberg Law on my side. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for attorneys with this type of expertise!

Lemberg Law sued a collecions agency that was calling me due to a debt of my daughter. They had called me repetitively over a period of about nine months to a year. I had told the collections agency that my daughter had moved out ten years ago, and we had no contact now. They kept harassing me and I contacted Lemberg Law through an ad online. They won a significant sum for me due to the harassment. They called me on the phone about two months after I filed with some good news. A bill collector called my telephone number and started abusing me verbally. i told him that the Verizon bill was fraudulent because Verizon opened an account without my authorization after I closed my plan at the end of the contract. The collector continued to insult and scream that I was lying and that I better pay him or else. I called his supervisor. I was further threatened that they would ruin my credit with the bureaus. I contacted Lemberg and Associates and in no time the bill collectors had settled for legal fees and compensation. They were trying to collect $100 and had to pay $5000 for their abuse.

Lemberg Law has come through for a 3rd time for me with my biggest payday, though be it unexpected yet. I was getting all kinds of calls, 10+ a day, from a creditor who I told them on several occasions that one call a day was sufficient. I kept getting robocalled by the creditor. Thanks to Jody Burton for her hard work on this one. I though by law I was only entitled to the max of $1500 as by law. She told me about another law that maximized by settlement as a per call settlement which made it in the 10s of thousands!! Hats of to Lemberg Law and Jody!! You rock even more now!!

Misleading client and mismanaging settlement funds. Sent me a check only to find out the day of, there was a stop payment on check. New check was sent out, only to be 1,000 dollars short. No one from Lemberg Law has called to explain the difference. Attorney Alex said he would call me, but he went on vacation and left it for someone else to handle. Very unprofessional. Meanwhile they over charged me and can care less, but that OK. I will have CBA investigate this for me, since no one from your office wont to give me a explanation.

I was getting multiple phone calls a day on my cell phone from a collection company that just kept harassing me even after I told them verbally to quit calling me, they also started to call my parents and discussed my debt with them. Jody Burton was able to get me a settlement and have the debt eliminated. Lemberg Law is definitely worth the call as the phone calls have stopped, the debt has been eliminated and I have a little cash in my pocket.

This law firm was excellent and collected over $700 for me against the collection agency that tried to collect about $50 from me that I never owed them. Received two calls this morning from Debt collector (for someone who is not related to any of us) and from a sales call. Saw Lemberg Law offering to take care of the issue at no out of pocket expense to us. Willing to give them a try to end annoying calls. Will update as time progresses. I was being harassed by a debt collection that was not my own. I asked them to stop calling me repeatedly. I was using a call app on my phone to report these calls. One day this lawfirm contacted me and let me know that I had a case. About 9 months later I received a settlement and no more harassing calls! Would definitely recommend them!

Lemburg Law stopped a company from harassing me and I mean quick not only that but they got me a settlement from the company for my pain and suffering these lawyers are on it and do a great job if you have someone harassing you please give them a call and they will put a stop to it immediately.. Not very useful. Call about debt collectors who keep calling after I told them not to. All I was told was to write debt collector a letter. To be ho nest I feel like this might just be a front for the debt collectors to see who is going to seek legal action against them. I would say beware of this company and look into other firms.
