IMPRESSIVE AND COMFORTING: I came to Chris to look at a current living-trust; which I was concerned was incomplete. He showed me that my fears were real. Even though, the existing trust was very convoluted, he scanned the document, describing its contents, as I understood them to be, but also found that the trust did not function as I had originally been told that it would. But Chris quickly eased my mind; as he explained the simple ways he could write a new trust, for a very reasonable price, to correct all of the outstanding problems with a few changes in wording. He also went online while talking to me, and found that none of the real estate that I thought was in the trust was in-trust. Wow! I am grateful that I was referred to see Chris.

We came to Chris Morgan to review an old Trust and Will, thinking I needed to change and update them. Chris reviewed the agreements with me and advised that a new will was not needed, and that I could easily update my financial arrangements. He even provided a document for putting my house into the trust at no charge. He was competent, helpful and saved us from unnecessary changes and expense. We will return to him for any further legal issues that may arise for us.
