This was the most pleasant response to a horrific situation that a mother could have ever asked for. My son had been involved in life-changing terrible car accident involving 3 cars. His injuries included a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and loss of a limb. I had worked with many attorneys over the years and was looking for the best San Diego personal injury attorney that was the best of the best to help my son! I considered many other attorneys and out of a leap of faith, I picked Michael Pines to help my son and just due to the sincere and honest look on his face, I chose him. After meeting with both attorneys Michael Pines and Aaron Salomon, they gave me valid information and I knew they would work hard for my son. We had suffered so much and his brain and other injuries were causing severe mental anguish and making it hard for my son to cope with every day life. When I left, I knew that I had hired the right car accident attorneys who could both be understanding and sincerely help with our needs. As time went on, it became even MORE evident that we had hired the right attorney, due to their extensive knowledge and experience with medi-cal, doctors, multiple other attorneys, and their spectacular negotiation skills which saved my son tens of thousands of dollars which eventually went to him. Over the course of representing my son and I, we called, emailed, and met with Mike and Aaron many, many times. My son and I were always treated and made to feel like family. I am working as a researcher at UC San Diego and met with a work related car accident in Aug 14th 2008, while we were going to attend an official meeting. This was a real complex issue. I was in a really bad broadside car accident (it was much more than a little fender bender) out in Salton City, California. Just before the accident, I had been to Trader Joes and had purchased some wine. When the accident occurred, the wine got all over my fiancée and me and the police treated us with suspicion as we were covered in wine (in fact, believe it our not, I actually caught one of the bottles of wine after the accident despite the air bags getting in the way).. It wasn’t until the blood tests from the hospital came back that said we hadn’t been drinking that the police treated us differently. I hired the Law Offices of Michael Pines the very next day as I knew that I needed help and the whole thing was very stressful. As an anthropologist, it’s my job to investigate things. I thoroughly read the firm’s website and testimonials and decided to hire them. Since I was really hurt, it was nice that they came out and saw me. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver and was getting the run around from my own insurance company. Michael Pines and his team ,from the very first time I spoke with them, put me at ease by thoroughly explaining and walking me through process. They were also able to refer me to a good medical provider who helped treat my back injuries. Another thing that I really appreciated and was impressed with is they keep you updated throughout the whole process. If you ever have any questions or want to speak with them, they are very prompt in responding and are usually readily available to address any concerns or questions. Overall I had a great experience With the Law offices of Michael Pines they were able to turn a bad situation into a positive one. You can’t go wrong with my personal injury law firm. I was in a terrible rear end car crash and thankfully after a lot of research and thinking found this law firm. Being with them felt like family. I didn’t have health insurance, except for San Diego County Medical Services, and really needed help as in addition to whiplash and other concerns, I was having terrible headaches. The CMS doctors were basically in/out or fly by night medical treatment, like take this or that and good luck. Fortunately, they got me to excellent doctors and a great neurologist for my headaches. They really went out of their way to take care of me and always put my best interests first and got me a great settlement. They were understanding, helpful, willing to go out of their way to explain things, patient, and I always got an immediate reponse (they would even stop what they’re doing to take good care of me).
