Burrito Brownie

Said package was undeliverable as addressed , but could scan the tracking number to input that it was undeliverable? Could not tell me where my priority mail package was but could scan it to input undeliverable. Contacted seller to verify correct address as printed from paypal shipping label , and it was correct. Phone was busy every time we tried calling it for over 30 minutes. This is not even the post office our mail comes from either. Do yourself a favor and pay extra for FedEx or UPS!

Call this morning to set up an appointment for passports. Very rude lady, she sounds tired and unwilling to provide me with any information about what are the documentation need it for the process. Very rude attitude, put me on hold like five times, I am very patient but this lady was just plain rude and it seems that she hates her job.

Expecting a package from shutterfly, tracking says it was delivered at 9:57 am, it is not in my mailbox or at my leasing office, tried calling the post office and no one answers the phone would love to know where my package is. I have had so many problems with this post office delivering my packages

Im so mad. They said that the package was delivered but no one knocked on my door and no package came. So i went to the office and this lady said the package was probably in the back and will be delivered the next day and it has been 5 days now and i still dont have it

Would not recommend, short lines but extremely long wait times only about 4 people who work up at the front at the most and a half of them are nosy and very rude not a pleasant thing you would want to go through trying to deal with their service early in the morning

Attempted to call to set up an appointment for a passport. Extremely rude older gentleman answered the phone, did not even list the other locations to get this set up at. Awful customer service. Typical government job level charisma.

They have not delivered my mail in 20 days, despite me going to the post office multiple times and calling on 3 separate occasions. People are extremely unhelpful. Supervisor lied to me about checking on my mail delivery.

Called to check on a package that said delivered- then attempted to deliver. The lady I spoke with called the carrier and called me back in 10 minutes with a reply and said it would be delivered that day. Thanks!

Tracking for my package says it was out for delivery 3 days ago. Have not gotten anything on my doorstep. Tracking also says delivery status is unavailable? What does that mean? Did they loose my package?

Very fast service inside, I was only in line for a minute or two. All the postmaster were kind and very friendly. The outgoing mail boxes are easy to reach by vehicle.

Slow service at peak times. After visiting twice within 15 minute period, lunch line had increased and there was only one person working. Otherwise, things are OK.

They never bring my packages to my door. I have to go pick them up.
