I was so worried that i would lose everything. A friend from work had used this firm already and she recommended it to me. So i called and spoke to Mrs OBryan personally and set up a time to come in. It was a real differnce maker. My fear of losing our house and everything was quickly put to rest. Her staff of paralegals and another attorney we worked with were so helpful and it helped us get through our mess. Not proud of the debt we had incurred or some of the other financial issues we faced, but knowing we could keep the house and get that "fresh start" she claims in their advertisements made all the difference in the world. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I am probably sure their attorneys hear alot of sad stories, and mine was bad too. But i felt they always had my best interest in mind. what a relief its all over.

These people are scam artists. I received a letter in the mail stating I have a lawsuit filed against me and I need to file bankruptcy. I make almost 6 figures, and have no debt besides a house I can easily afford. A month later, I still have received no notice of this "lawsuit." They even stamped the letter with their family crest, as if they have any dignity at all trying to scare unsuspecting people into hiring them unnecessarily. Shame on them.
