This could possibly be the worst Dental insurance EVER. this is insurance for NO ONE. No accepts this insurance company..no one! in NYC- this company is NOT recognized for specialized dental surgery... NO one accepts. its run by SAVAGES! IF YOU WANT YOUR TEETH TO ROT.. GET THIS INSURANCE. My parents have this insurance through their medicare ins. IT IS HORRIBLE!

Horrible Dental Service Provider. I have had this plan all year paid all my monthly bills on time. only to find out when I need service and dental work done to be told I have to wait until 2017 before anything can be provide.

Their website is the absolute worst. 0 Functionality for subscribers. They basically only accept checks mailed in (if you ever get the right address to mail it to) & continually mess up simple requests over the phone.

Do not choose Dentaquest for your dental coverage!! Not unless you like them losing your money order and sending a cancellation letter, and not being able to get a hold of anyone. Everything has been a hassle with them.

No way to find out your Policy # unless you call. Can not set up username and login for account without help. Can not find info out anyway without calling them. No email or online live chat? WTF dentaquest?

You do not want this dental ins , You have a monthly fee but you have a waiting period 6-12 months for service. you can only have teeth cleaned,x-ray exam with the ins awful ins. deserves no stars

Customer service representative told me that i was no longer covered under their insurance when I actually was covered! Horrible customer service, took me an hour to speak to someone.
