If anyone is in need of a great defense attorney Scott Cerbin is the way to go! Scott took on my husbands case as he was being charged with assault and harassment on a correction officer from Rikers Island. It was a very difficult time for us, while we were supposed to be enjoying our newly wed status and the news that we were expecting our first child this case had us anything but at ease. My husband was currently on probation and jail time was the last thing we wanted! During the two years of fighting going back and forth court date after court date many times we found ourselves overwhelmed and aggravated but Scott never let us lose hope! He always encouraged us! He was extremely confident in himself and now not only did we see but it is very clear why! Scott does not give up until justice is served! My husband was found NOT GUILTY on both the assault and harassment charges. He knew my husband was innocent and he made sure he went in that court room to prove it! Thank You Scott for the fight you put up! We are forever grateful! However there was a misunderstanding in paper work, my husband ended up on Rikers Island and we had a huge scare but again SCOTT TO THE RESCUE! Even though I felt like I was being the worst client in the world calling consistently he assured me it was ok and he would do the best he could to get things fixed as quickly as possible.....sure enough HE DID. In 48 hours he saved my sons FIRST Christmas! He had his dad home for the holidays with no more headaches! We will never be able to stop thanking him! Theres just not enough words! PRICELESS! Scott Cerbin is the best !!!!!!! Not matter how difficult your case is, this man knows how to get you out of trouble. I was facing a serious charge and this man got it dismissed .
