Rick was great to work with, we had a speeding ticket that was dismissed. I was definitely not speeding.... I was on a motorcycle and they said the mother ship, (helicopter caught me) well the officer said that it was the last motorcycle that was speeding.... it took a mile worth of road before the office on the ground pulled me over and there were many bikes on the road that day, and it had to be a different bike. many thing can happen in a mile on bikes, especially with so many on the road that day. Thanks Rick.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, HAD TO FIRE THE GUY KEPT TRYING TO UPSELL ME ON HIS WIFES DRIVING SCHOOL, WHEN I HAVE A PERFECT DRIVING RECORD. ALL I HIRED HIM TO DO WAS TO DISMISS A SIMPLE 7MPH OVER TICKET ON I5. KEPT RESCHEDULING MY COURT DATES AND SENDING ME LETTERS TELLING ME HOW GOOD IT WOULD LOOK IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE IF I COMPLETE HIS WIFES DRIVING SCHOOL. STAY AWAY DONT HIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Rick Merrill several times (unfortunately for me) he is reasonably priced, extends the court date if he needs more time and sends a letter with the court findings after the issue is settled. Sometimes you have to pay a small fee sometimes no fee (Yay!) depending on the court, but for me it is always worth it, thank you Rick Merrill and his team.

Daughter got a $125 ticket right after a speed zone. I took it to Rick, filled out the paperwork and paid $200 for his fees. Just got notified that the ticket was dropped. Well worth the insurance rates not going up. BTW, daughter WILL be paying me back. Very happy with the results.
