Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that. He completely handled all aspects of the case from case management, to doctors, to getting medical bills reduced etc. He made me feel I did not have to worry because he would do that for me. Matt always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only advice I would give, make sure you have the maximum coverage on your uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. It is inexpensive and will only hurt you in the long run if you do not have it. As far as Matt Russel goes you are in good hands and I would recommend him highly.

Although my initial contact with this firm was not the best experience, the way this firm handled my dissatisfaction has me changing my initial 1 star rating to a 5. I had a bad experience speaking with the intake coordinator and after posting a negative review about my experience I was contacted by Jim Hill. He was very concerned about my experience and was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. He definitely cares about great deal about his firm and the way his firm is perceived. Although he could have easily called and apologized and got me off the phone he made sure to ask me what happened and what I was upset about that way he could try and correct it. That speaks volumes about him and the firm he runs. Thank you Jim I appreciate our conversation and your willingness to answer my questions.
