Dick is an amazing Lawyer. From the moment I met him in his office for my free consultation he made me feel extremely relaxed. His secretary asked if I wanted a drink and I gladly accepted it. I only had to wait ten minutes before getting into his inner office. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and he explained everything about my case in simple language that I could easily understand. He also has a great sense of humor and shared some great stories about his Dad whom my parents knew very well as he was a lawyer too. Dick reassured me that he had seen and handled hundreds of cases similar to mine during his career. That made my mind at ease and I left his office feeling a whole lot better than when I came in. I never felt rushed and he took a lot of his time and asked me a ton of questions before quoting me a price. Now I know why my parents referred me to him. What a great guy...highly recommend if you want a very smart and cool lawyer at the same time.

Mr Gunger and his secretary were extremely organized and kind.His secretary offered me a refreshment as soon as I walked through the door and made me feel very welcome. The outer office was peaceful, quiet and clean. While I was waiting to meet with him his secretary kept me very calm as I was extremely nervous being that it was the first time I had ever been in a Lawyers office. Mr Gunger was very friendly and down to earth. He made me feel at ease as soon as I entered his inner office. He also took his time to explain his background and experience and reassured me that he handled the type of case I had. He fought very hard for me and obtained the best result I could have expected. In what was one of the most difficult times in my life he was more than a tremendous help. In any situation I would recommend him to my family and friends. What a great overall experience!

Simply put. If you are looking for a friend this is the lawyer to retain. If you are looking for a lawyer go elsewhere. Mr Gunger is friendly but I was very displeased with how my litigation case was handled. My case took 2 years to complete due to Mr Gunger cancelling on me 4 times. Twice he was sick twice he had a family emergency. My paperwork was mishandled and missing at time of testimony and he asked on two seperate occasions for more money. Very little guidance in regards to law and case handling. Spent $$$ on a lesson learned.

i set up a free consultation with Dick this week through his secretary. She was very friendly and set me up with an appointment the same week. When i arri ved for my appointment Dick greeted me and offered me a soda or water. During out meeting he took his time to answer each and every question I had.
