DO NOT JUDGE THEIR EFFICIENCY WITH THEIR REASONABLE RATE! I felt uncomfortable with how reasonable their rate was, and even offered to pay more because of how expensive the flat rate fee for my defense was based on shopping around at other law firms. Not only did, Ms. Chan not accept my extra payment, but gave me the best possible outcome of my case. Ms. Chan is an amazing attorney with integrity and is not motivated by the dollar. She genuinely cares about her clients. Never having to acquire a lawyer before, I was taken aback by how laid-back, confident, and open she was to communicating she was. I was charged with a misdemeanor in a case where the officer may have witnessed the offense. Ms. Chan was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to get my case "no papered dismissed" without me ever having to show up to court for an arraignment (I was on my way to court when I found out). This was the BEST possible outcome for anyone being charged with a crime. I can now move on with attempting to get my arrest record expunged without having to wait two years (had I accepted a diversionary program) or eight years (had I been convicted). Highly recommended!!!

I was arrested in 2013 in DC for serious Drug offenses. ADA Chan was recommended to me by one of the attorneys at the courthouse the night of my arrest. Mark Rollins is the MAN. I had 2 criminal cases and 1 case that I appealed for which i hired the Rollins and Chan law firm. Well, Mark crushed it! 1 case was thrown out, the other put on stet. In the 3rd, My ex manipulated the courts into me having to pay her $720 per month. i appealed it. When Mark finished with this case in the court room, the judge saw things ONLY the way Mark presented them. He won this case to, and i did not have to pay another dime. Mark is a true team player. even in my divorce case Mark would stay in contact with my divorce attorney daily offering input and I thought this was very caring. Ada is a compassionate lawyer. I was frantic about my protection order appeal over the weekend and contacted her. She responded on a Sunday and promised that she would call me on Monday as soon as she comes back from out of town. She called first thing in the morning. She listened to me and gave me specific instructions as to what to do. She took the stress out of a very difficult and stressful situation. She knows how to strategically fight my battle in DV court.
