Rebel with a Cause Not that he is so much of a rebel, but Darren Finebloom made a comment just after attaining the exact outcome that we had discussed to be the most optimum and best outcome for someone in my position. I was charged with a crime that I never should have been charged with, and we had decided to go to trial if the state did not realize that they should “drop” the case or for the non-lay person Nolle Prosequi, the Latin term used by legal professionals. Well, they did realize that Mr. Finebloom was obviously much more prepared and familiar with the facts pertaining to this case then any of the prosecutors, and the reason I thought of Rebel Without a Cause was his statement; “sometimes you just have to know when to play chicken”, and they turned first… The prosecutors originally told him that they were going forward with the trial. I guess they were hoping that this would scare him and me into taking a plea that I should not have to take. Needless to say Mr. Finebloom was not swayed in the slightest, but I cannot say the same for myself. I did get a little worried and was leaning towards taking the plea, but not Darren. He was steadfast in his conviction, and yes pun intended. Finally they reviewed the facts of the case again, and came back with the news of, Nolle Prosequi, and I couldn’t help but smile. Although this may be a task regularly accomplished by Mr. Darren Finebloom, and the law offices of Finebloom and Haenel, it is an extreme rarity that I deal with the possibility of going to trial. Therefore, I feel that I must bring to any and everyone’s attention the outstanding service I receive by Finebloom and Haenel, namely Mr. Darren Finebloom. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of dealing directly with Mr. Finebloom during my recent situation in Manatee County. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete satisfaction. I am a full time student studying Criminal Justice and will be graduating soon. Mr. Finebloom ensured that my goals not be impeded by any of this by going above and beyond to accomplish the goals that we set forth. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of his assistance and support. While I know that all attorneys are meant to do everything in their power to represent their client in the best possible manner, I feel that Mr. Finebloom treated my affairs with the utmost importance that I felt it truly deserved. In the past, I felt that some attorneys were not sensitive to specific needs and provided the quickest and most convenient solution to a client’s problems from their own perspective. But, not in this case at all. Life savers! I had everything handled by Darren and his team, and they did an amazing job. I didn’t even have to go to court when i received my DUI; I had my license back the same week and was put in to pre trial diversion. I didn’t complete the diversion fully, so i was sent to court again, where he got the DUI reduced to a reckless driving with 180 days probation. Darren always called me back and treated me with the best and personal service I have ever experienced with any lawyer/s. Over the year and half that this went on, I always felt comfortable knowing that he would take care of my case and get me the best results. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Going into this dui #2 i thought that was completely done for. I remember using Finebloom and Hannel for a previous traffic infraction where my license was to be suspended for 5 years, well a short talk and a credit card later, i was free and clear, no suspention! He acquired store video footage. After reviewing he said clearly I was falsely charged. I did not want to make a deal with the prosecutor because I felt I was innocent, So even though it took more of Darrens time he was more than willing to fight for me. The end result, was my case did get dropped. I will definitely recommend him to others.
