David Offen has truly been my guardian angel when it comes to me and my family being homeless, we were victims of a fraudulent home loan modification program that took advantage of my late husband’s medical expenses. Long story short after many discussions concerning the possibility of losing our home. We turned to David for help, during my initial interview with him he explained the entire bankruptcy process to me and the importance of following all the steps explained. (I.e. keeping all bank statements, money order receipts and forwarding any/all correspondence received to him). David made himself available to us via telephone 7 days a week. Many times I would call his office in a panic whenever I received correspondence in the mail threatening to sue me or foreclosure, David would always assure me by saying “Don’t worry, fax or email the correspondence to me and I will handle it for you, you’re fine”. Thank you Attorney David Offen for being an Attorney that practice what you preach, David always presented himself as an Attorney that cared about people, he always gave encouraging words. His honesty, dedication and passion for helping strangers during a bleak period in their life is refreshing. Thank you, so much, David for helping me and my family. Before I hired David I talked with several other lawyers.. Not a single one came close to the expert advice, kindness and compassion . He is the best of the best. He called me back almost immediately and talked extensively on how he could help me. Every other lawyer wanted me to come in first. When I did they gave me a very limited idea on how they could help. They were only concerned with their fee. Today it it more than two years later and he is still helping me. Bottom line his advice was spot on and in fact actually better than he promised.
