I would like to THANK Amit Shah and his wonderful team for the great job they did on my case! In April I called Amit not knowing where to turn, I was injured and just terminated from my job. This is the second case I have hired Joe and his team for. They have always been willing and able to answer questions, and address concerns. Ninety percent of the time when I would send an email or leave a voice mail some one would get back to me within an hour. On the occasions where I would send an email after normal business hours I have received an answer by 9am the next day if not that night. Also Joe does his best to take care of the fine details of your case allowing you to focus on healing. If you did not understand something either Joe or is staff would take what ever time needed to explain it to you until you were comfortable. If you have a WC case and file for SSD before it is settled- beware! We were never advised to wait or told that when the WC settled we would owe over 30,000 back to SSD while the lawyer took 20% and left us holding the bag. Find an attorney who will give you advice in YOUR best interest. It has broken my marriage and we left holding the bag without any assistance.

Big lawfirms are only about turn around! Stay Away. My experience was Horrible as My Attorney MATT WILSON seamed more like he was thinking about his dinner than helping me. I mean He never really talked to me personally nor showed any concern for a positive outcome only how fast of a payday he could get! This system sucks...............
