The representatives don’t read their emails. No one actually answers your call at this location. You get nothing even if you leave a message asking them to call you back. You have no way of contacting them except continuing to receive junk mails. No idea what happened to the management of this location.

I walk in and the front lady greeted but no offer "how can assist you today". Standing and waiting but no offers if they can help. So finally ask this lady right as you walk in if I register my vehicle and they pointed where I suppose to be going. Wow! 45mins there.

Been coming to this branch for the last 2 years without any problem for DMV renewals. The only thing is AAA only takes cash and checks for the DMV renewal so I had to rush over to Chase bank in Culver City and come back to pay for my stickers and paperwork.

Use in car buying and selling. The seller can do even procedure free of charge the buyer if the member is non-members. In world of difference to the DMV, convenient.

Small very crowded old culver city office in desperate need of both a face lift and more helpful staff. Very gruff inner city approach to doing Business on the Westside. Santa Monica office is much better layout and much much more helpful staffs.

I come here for all my vehicle registration and most DMV needs. Being able to avoid the DMV altogether is cause for at least 4 of 5 stars. Extra star is for the friendliness of staff. :-)

They have no idea what they are doing in the DMV depot. They ask for more paper work than the DMV it self. They have there head up there ***. Stay away with a ten foot pole.
